Our Leadership Team and elders are led by our Lead Pastors. This team oversees the day-to-day ministry and operations of the church. These elders also serve the congregation and are responsible for the development of the spiritual life of the church.
Dennis & Dana Calhoun
Lead Pastors
The Calhoun's serve together as Lead Pastors of Souls Church in the Princeton/Cambridge area. Together, they're passionate about leading this church to help see people encounter God, find community, discover and fulfill their mission.
Bob & Bridget Othoudt
Production Lead, Host Lead
Bob and Bridget are responsible for so much that happens behind the scenes with Bob overseeing our media, facilities and grounds team; while Bridget is our Host Team Lead - while both serve together on the worship team.
Eric & Jessica Babb
Associate Pastor, Prayer Director, Team of Elders
Eric & Jessica are fired up to serve people. Eric serves as our associate pastor and directs our life groups. Jessica directs our prayer ministry and together, both serve on the team of elders.
Danielle Trebesch
Souls Kids Director
Danielle is passionate about exploring new creative ideas and finding practical ways to helps kids learn about Jesus.
Ben & Savanna Foster
Student Leaders (Apprentices)
Ben and Savanna have a clear love for God and a passion to lead this generation to Jesus! Ben and Savanna were married in 2021 and have one daughter, Brielle!
Jerry & Debbie Calhoun
Team of Elders
Jerry & Deb reside in the north metro area and are a rock and foundation in our church. They have served together on our lead team and as pastoral care elders since 2013. They are a true example of a Christ-like couple and just celebrated 46 years of marriage together!
Don & Rachael Hannay
Serve Day, Ministry Lead & Team of Elders
Don and Rachael are seasoned believers and lead like Jesus in all they do! Together, they serve on several teams, lead our local serve day outreaches and are part of our team of elders!

Meet Our Overseers.
The Overseers are three pastors of other respected congregations and ministries who love Souls Church and are willing to provide spiritual protection to the church. They provide insight and wisdom and may be called in to help in accountability matters relating to the Lead Pastor if requested by the LeadershipTeam, Elders or Trustees. The Overseers serve as Apostolic Elders.
Pastors Dale & Sandy Sisam
Standing Stone Ministries, Minnesota
Dale and Sandy served as Lead Pastors of Life Church in Eden Prairie for 23 years and today works with Standing Stone ministries to help pastors stay on mission. He also serves as the presiding overseer of Harvest Network International.
Pastors Jay & Stacey Coleman
Journey Church, Louisiana
Jay and Stacey Coleman are the lead pastors of Journey Church in Louisiana. Pastor Jay and Stacey, have been pastoring for over 20 years and have served in several aspects of church life over the years, inluding as overseers of our church since 2014.
Pastors Randy & Ann Simonson
Harvestime, Hudson, Wisconsin
Randy & Ann Simonson are known for their enthusiasm for worship and missions, and Randy's down-to-earth preaching style draws people closer to Jesus! Randy and his wife, Ann, have four grown daughters and live in Hudson, Wisconsin, where they have resided since 2001.
Meet Our Board of Trustees.
The Trustees are mixed members and non-members of congregations who oversee the finances and direct the provision of the facilities needed by the church. They provide counsel to the Lead Pastor and Leadership Team regarding the major financial commitments of the church. The Trustees serve as non-staff Elders.
Pastor Dale Sisam
Board Member
Aside from his responsibilities as overseer, Dale also serves as a member on the board of trustees since 2014. His financial wisdom and ministry experience has provided valuable insights to our team.
Tristan Agre
Board Member
Tristan has been with Lifetouch in Eden Prairie, MN since 2014 and is the Senior Manager of Specialty Studio Operations. He has majored in accounting and holds a masters in business adminstration. Tristan also served on the church council leadership team of Life Church from 2010 to 2020.
Brandon Wegner
Board Member
Brandon has been a faithful member of our church since 2013. Brandon serves as a Sergeant for the Rogers Police Department for the last 16 years, as well as served for 21 years in the Air Force/National Guard. He and his wife Shannon have been married 16 years and together have 6 amazing kids!

Blaine Bartel
Freedom Life Coach
In the 80’s and 90’s, Blaine Bartel was one of the most recognized youth leaders in the country, leading a successful television program and a youth ministry. Today, Blaine professionally coaches men all over the world, guiding them out of personal struggles into a resurrected life of authentic freedom. He also speaks all over the world, sharing his story and secrets to transformation. Blaine is a coach, mentor and advisor to many leaders today.
Tom Tuhlberg
Eagle Brook Association
Tom serves as the Networking Director at Eagle Brook Church in the Twin Cities. He has worked closely with Pastor DC since January of 2020, focusing on coaching around expansion dynamics and growth strategies.
Eric & Kelly Dykstra
Free Grace, Senior Pastor
Eric & Kelly Dykstra are Senior Pastors of Free Grace United. They have been married more than 25 years and have three awesome kiddos, one amazing daughter-in-law, and one adorable grandson. They are passionate about seeing broken people far from God come to know the amazing grace of Jesus and are known as some of the most "out of the box" thinkers Pastor DC knows!
