Hello Amazing Dream Team,
We have been reopened (fully) now for one month and we want to thank every one of you for serving in the house of God every weekend! We have seen a handful of people make commitments to Christ and new families come through our doors all month long! After our team reviewed what’s working well and what needs tweaking, here are some upcoming changes for every dream team member to be aware of!

#1: NEW HUDDLE TIME
We are pushing back the huddle time for those serving that day to 8:40 am - 8:45 am beginning this Sunday, October 17! We believe this pushed-back time will allow families with kids and those that drive longer distances, enough reasonable time to get there for the huddle. However, if you need to prep your ministry area – arrive at the time you need to, so you can attend the team huddle.
What does that mean? For every dream team member serving on a given Sunday, in any area of the church - Guardian(security), media, nursery, kids, coffee, greeting, music, prayer, etc. – it is a requirement for you to attend this Dream Team check-in and prayer time! This is a time to connect, see who is serving to get practical notes on the day, pray together, and remember our purpose – because none of us serve alone!

#2: 8:45 AM - BE READY TO SERVE!
As a dream team, let’s get into our places to serve immediately following the 8:40 am huddle! Together, no matter what team we are serving on, we want to be in place and ready to welcome our church family and new guests at 8:45 am with tons of smiles, hugs, and fist pumps (most attendees arrive between 8:50 am and 9:15 am on Sundays!) Be sure your prep time and meeting with your own team is done before the huddle! 8:45 am…we’re locked, loaded, ready to serve!!!!
#3: SOULS KIDS TEAM – NEW LOOK
Beginning Sunday, November 7, we are asking our Souls Kids Team to wear the NEW Souls Kids T-Shirt (we are providing) every Sunday you serve in kids! This will make it easier for parents to identify who is in kids that day, as well as other dream teamers! Kids team – you can begin picking those t-shirts up on Sunday, October 31 in the lounge (located in the lobby!)
