Venue Tour Guide // Part Time
Job Overview

- Proven experience in guest services or hospitality management is helpful
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
- Previous experience in a similar environment is an advantage.
Tour Responsibilities:
- Prep and conduct tours of the venue for potential clients
- Arrive 90 minutes to 2 hours before a tour to prep the property
- Be available for tours and meetings with potential clients
- An average tour (prep, tour, clean up) can last 4-5 hours
- Open and prepare the venue for each event, ensuring all spaces are clean, organized, and set up according to the client’s plan and the Heart & Soul Chapel venue standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact on tour days for clients and vendors for anything venue-related
- Introduce yourself to clients and vendors upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported throughout the tour.
- Provide venue-specific information to all guests and vendors as needed, creating a welcoming and organized experience.
- Represent Heart & Soul Chapel venue with kindness and professionalism both on-site and off, fostering positive interactions with clients, guests, and vendors.
- Submit a follow-up report to directors and leadership team for follow-up emails and texts to the guests who toured

- The Venue Tour Guide would claim an available shift when a tour/event comes available on a first come, first served basis.
- This flexible role and floating schedule require full day availability for the event you work, ranging from 4-6 hours worked per tour.
- Events are held on Thursdays-Sundays.
- Hours and days for work performed may vary based on the current tours.
