What is "Night to Shine?"
Night to Shine is an unforgettable, complimentary worldwide event held on the Friday before Valentine's Day for people in our community with special needs and is open to anyone living with disabilities, ages 14 and older.
This event will feature a red carpet entrance, complete with a warm welcome from a friendly crowd and paparazzi, hair and makeup stations, shoeshines, limousine rides, karaoke, gifts, a catered dinner, a Sensory Room, a Respite Room for parents and caregivers, dancing, and a crowning ceremony where every guest is honored as a King or a Queen - the way God sees them, each and every day.

Hosted globally every year by churches on the Friday before Valentine’s Day, the first ‘Night to Shine’ event was held in 2015 with 44 host churches and 15,000 volunteers honoring more than 7,000 honored guests.
Through God’s blessing, the event has continued to grow, and in February 2026, ‘Night to Shine’ was hosted by 979 churches, and 210,000+ volunteers came together from all 50 states and 76 countries to celebrate 120,000+ Kings and Queens. Each guest receives a crown or tiara and is honored as a King or a Queen because that’s how God sees them every day.
We are excited to open this up for churches in our area to reach people with a common purpose – loving God and serving people! Regardless of affiliation or denomination - let's honor God and celebrate people with special needs this next February 2027!
